The Wanderers Foundation is more than a football program. It breaks down barriers, creates opportunities and brings communities together through the power of football. Built for the people of Western Sydney, the Foundation is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most, both on and off the pitch.

Over 10,000 people have been positively impacted by the Wanderers Foundation since its establishment in 2020, creating meaningful opportunities for participation, connection and personal growth.

120 talented young female footballers have been provided access to the Wanderers Girls Academy, a fee-free elite development pathway designed to remove financial barriers and support the next generation of female footballers.

Seven key areas of social impact have been identified through independent research, including improved health and wellbeing, confidence, social connection, skills development and access to opportunities.
